PULPITY na nuty
Prośba do wszystkich Uczestników z Polski o przyniesienie własnego pulpitu na zajęcia orkiestrowe (nie dotyczy dzieci Suzuki grających z pamięci).
Uczestnikom z zagranicy pulpity zostaną zapewnione przez organizatora (ze względu na trudności z ich przewozem samolotem).
 
STRÓJ NA KONCERT finałowy
W celu zapewnienia jednolitości wyglądu orkiestry fletowej na scenie prosimy o korzystanie z ubiorów w kolorach czarnym i białym.		MUSIC STANDS
We ask all Polish Participants to bring their own music stand to the orchestral classes (this does not apply to Suzuki children playing from memory).
Music stands for International Participants will be provided by the organizer (due to difficulties with air transportation).
 
DRESS CODE for final concert
Black and white colours of stage clothes are requested to ensure uniformity in appearance of the flute orchestra.

Już tylko niecałe trzy tygodnie dzielą nas od przyjemności wspólnego muzykowania z naszymi Dziećmi, Nauczycielami i Sympatykami gry na flecie w orkiestrze fletowej prowadzonej przez wspaniałego Maestro Paolo Totti.

W związku z tym pozwalam sobie przesłać garść najnowszych informacji organizacyjnych:

POTWIERDZENIE udziału w Warsztatach

Wszyscy Państwo, którzy wypełnili formularz zgłoszeniowy otrzymają w tym tygodniu mailowe potwierdzenie udziału w Warsztatach zgłoszonej osoby – stąd prośba o chwilę cierpliwości. Przepraszamy, ale ze względów prawnych  (wymogi tzw. RODO) nie możemy opublikować imiennej listy uczestników na naszej stronie internetowej.

Jeżeli ktoś z Państwa zgłosił się na Warsztaty, ale nie dostanie w tym tygodniu maila z potwierdzeniem to prosimy o ponowne wypełnienie formularza i zgłoszenie problemu na adres dorotkab@poczta.onet.pl

BILETY na koncert finałowy

Bilety wstępu dla Członków Rodziny oraz zaproszonych Gości (bezpłatne) będą dostępne w dniu koncertu (niedziela 22.03.2026 o 17:00) w ilościach zamówionych przez Państwa –> prosimy o zgłoszenie potrzebnej ilości biletów na adres dorotkab@poczta.onet.pl wpisując w korespondencji: imię i nazwisko Uczestnika warsztatów oraz liczbę potrzebnych biletów.

CATERING podczas Warsztatów

Woda pitna w butelkach będzie dostępna dla wszystkich Uczestników (bezpłatnie) w trakcie obu dni Warsztatów.

Plan zajęć zarówno w sobotę 21.03.2026 jak i w niedzielę 22.03.2026 przewiduje godzinną przerwę obiadową. Żeby nie tracić czasu na dojście do najbliższej restauracji można było zamówić (czynność NIEOBOWIĄZKOWA) dania, które zostaną przyniesione w dniach warsztatów przez firmę cateringową. Wyboru można było dokonać w dowolnej konfiguracji dań, wielkości porcji oraz ich ilości.

Dear Warmly Welcomed Participants and Guests !

There are only just under three weeks left before we have the pleasure of making music together with our Children, Teachers and Fans of playing the flute in the flute orchestra led by the wonderful Maestro Paolo Totti.

In connection with this, I would like to send you the latest organisational information:

CONFIRMATION OF PARTICIPATION IN THE WORKSHOPS
All of you who have completed the registration form will receive this week an email confirming the participation of the person registered in the Workshops – therefore, please be patient for a moment. We apologise, but for legal reasons (requirements of personal data protection law – the so‑called GDPR) we cannot publish a named list of participants on our website.
If any of you have registered for the Workshops but do not receive an email with confirmation this week, please report the problem to the address dorotkab@poczta.onet.pl.

TICKETS FOR THE FINAL CONCERT
Admission tickets for Members of the Family and invited Guests (free of charge) will be available on the day of the concert (Sunday, 22.03.2026 at 17:00) in the quantities ordered by you → please send the required number of tickets to the address dorotkab@poczta.onet.pl, indicating in the correspondence: the first and last name of the Workshop Participant and the number of required tickets.

CATERING DURING THE WORKSHOPS
Bottled drinking water will be available for all Participants (free of charge) throughout both days of the Workshops.
The timetable for both Saturday, 21.03.2026 and Sunday, 22.03.2026 provides for a one‑hour lunch break. In order not to waste time travelling to the nearest restaurant, you could place an order (this activity is OPTIONAL) for meals; these meals will then be delivered on the days of the Workshops by a catering company. You could choose from: a meat dish or a vegetarian dish, and soup – in larger portions (for adults) and smaller portions (for children). You could make your selection in any configuration of dishes, portion sizes and quantities.

Any changes will be published on the Workshops website in real time, so please visit this page at least once before the start of the sessions.
